ABC Student Transportation’s number one priority is providing safe transportation for school children. This year ABC has made a very large investment to improve not only the equipment that the children ride on but also the environment in which their buses travel.

ABC has purchased 100 new buses which comply with the new 2010 EPA standards for diesel engines. The air coming out the tailpipe of a 2010 emission diesel bus is cleaner than the air coming into the engine.

Although the buses that were replaced were only five years old, ABC feels it is worth the investment to improve the environment of the communities in which they operate.

So the next time you see an ABC bus in your neighborhood, it may appear Yellow, but to the environment it is Green.
