Cancellations: Must be done within 72 hours of trip date to avoid paying the cancellation fee per bus
Trip Minimum: We have a 4 hr minimum on all trips
**We ask that bus request are submitted within 2 weeks prior to field trip date which a written confirmation with the total cost of the trip will be emailed and/or faxed to the address/number that is provided within 72 hours of receiving**
