Schedule a Field Trip

Please complete the information in the forms linked below, email the completed PDF form to maya_davis@abcstudenttrans.com and a member of the ABC staff will contact you by the end of the next business day. Please note this is just a reservation request and submission of a request does not guarantee trip availability.

Availability of Buses: Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm
Fridays 9am-1:30pm
**availability of buses are flexible depending on school**
Saturday and Sunday times are open
Contact field trip department for athletic events, evening trips and after school programs

Cancellations: Must be done within 72 hours of trip date to avoid paying the cancellation fee per bus

Trip Minimum: We have a 4 hr minimum on all trips

**We ask that bus request are submitted within 2 weeks prior to field trip date which a written confirmation with the total cost of the trip will be emailed and/or faxed to the address/number that is provided within 72 hours of receiving**
